For Artsake

I'm thrilled to announce that I've joined an artist's co-op and my pottery is now for sale at For Artsake Gallery in Nye Beach.

We're open Thursday-Monday from 10-5 and have a number of wonderful artists who make jewelry, glass art, watercolors, mixed media and more. Come visit! I'll still go to the Farmer's Market on occasion but am busy right now throwing pots. Stay tuned for some totally new designs.

Thanks again to the Newport News Times for the coverage: For Artsake Gallery opens after winter break.

Back to Market

After a week away for the holidays and another week away due to a cold, I'll be back at the market this Saturday, and I'm bringing fruit! Picked from trees my dad planted at the family homestead in California, I've got dried Fuyu persimmon slices and toasted pecan halves.

Wrap a pecan in a dried persimmon slice and eat like a tiny sandwich. It's incredible! I'm selling them by the half pound so come on down and get some. I also have blood oranges, which are sweet and juicy like regular oranges except they're a beautiful dark pink inside. They also make gorgeous martinis.
